• Have a picture of your child on your computer ready to upload. ONLY the player can be in the picture; no other people. The picture upload will be in Step 2 - Personal Information. Be sure to click on the green crop button to secure the picture.
• Payment is EASY! Just have your credit or debit card, checkbook or PayPal account information available.
• Have your health insurance card available to enter the needed information.
• Parents interested in coaching, please check the "coach box" in Step 3 - Family Information. The box should be checked for every child you would like to coach.
• There is a $5.00 processing fee which encompasses the online hosting expense and the credit/debit card/PayPal expense.

• All registration fees are final. No refunds.

The Oshkosh Youth Soccer Club has five divisions:

• Pre-K and Kindergarten
  • Pre-K is defined as a child one year removed from being enrolled in Kindergarten (i.e. - in Kindergarten as of Jan. 1, 2027).
• 1st and 2nd graders
• 3rd, 4th and 5th graders
• Middle School
• High School Coed
